Maureen Pegler, Managing Director

Maureen Pegler is the driving force behind Proper Lettings, and has over 20 years of experience in residential property sales and lettings. Initially handling lettings at Macmillans, before being appointed to manage a new brand of Denton Clark, Maureen set up on her own in 2012 and incorporated as a limited company in 2015.

Most business comes in via word-of-mouth recommendations, attesting to the high level of service offered by the company.

Proper Lettings, as the name suggests, focuses solely on resident property lettings, offering a bespoke service to landlords. Excellent service, lower costs and higher availability than many competitors is part of the package, alongside efficient administration, and making keen use of technology.
